one hundred pushups.
There's a six-week training plan, taking about 30 minutes a week, and at the end of the program you should be able to do 100 pushups. If you'd like to learn more about it, visit http://www.hundredpushups.com/.
I'll let you know how it goes. Good luck!

Made it through the first week and felt noticeably stronger! My arms and pecs didn't notice the exercise as much as my abdomen. Getting closer to that 100!
The second week was a breeze. Did the test at the end of the week and could do 21 pushups. Then I started the first day of the third week--20, 15, 15, 13, and 20 pushups with a minute rest between each set. I'm feeling it in my arms and pecs now! I keep telling myself that I just did 83 pushups without that much rest in between, so 100 shouldn't be that far away. (I have to think positively because I'm starting to wonder why I'm doing this!)
